YD2511 DC low resistance tester is an instrument specializing in measuring low value DC resistance. It can be widely used in various coil resistances. Resistance of motor transformer windings, wire resistance of various cables, contact resistance of electrical components such as switch sockets and plugs, and metal riveting resistors.

The instrument is a four-and-a-half digital tube display with a maximum resolution of 10uΩ.

01/ KAIST Develops Vertical Flexible Micro LED to Promote Hair Growth

Recently, the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) has developed a Micro LED wearable device that uses vertical Micro LEDs to successfully help mice re-grow their hair.

The device was tested on a back of a mouse that shaved hair using a flexible array of 900 vertical Micro LEDs. After 20 consecutive days of treatment, the hair growth of the mice was significantly faster than that of the untreated mice. Moreover, after treatment, the newly grown hair of the mouse is longer and the hair area is wider.

KAIST point out that, Micro LEDs do not heat up to the detriment of the human body and consume only one-thousandth of the energy per unit area compared to conventional phototherapy lasers. The research results can provide a new method for treating human hair loss.

02/ New Substrate Materials for Strengthening Micro LEDs Come Out

France's Soitec has invented a new substrate, InGaNOX, in the production of indium gallium nitride high-brightness blue LEDs, which can crystallize simultaneously on the substrate. Under the same substrate material, the three primary color Micro LEDs can be driven and controlled with the same voltage.

03/ New Innovation and Research Centers are also Bringing out Innovative Micro LED Solutions

The British company Optovate was founded in 2008 and has a long history of developing Micro/Mini LED technology. In March of this year, the company announced that it had made two breakthroughs in Micro LED. First, Optovate developed a Micro LED Display stripping transfer technology that uses an ultraviolet laser and an adjustable pattern mask to lay the Micro LED chip off the substrate and directly onto the receiving substrate. Secondly, Optovate has also developed an optical array that combines the light emitted from the Micro LED chip with the principles of refraction and reflection. This technology can control micron-level chip light output for higher efficiency. When used for LCD and OLED panel backlights, Micro LED panels, etc., it can make the application design thinner.

The Belgian Microelectronics Research Center (IMEC) has also been actively involved in the development of Micro LED panel devices, focusing on the technology of rapidly transferring Micro LED chips to substrates. Through the development of the CSM machine spring structure, the Micro LED screen chip can be transferred to different substrates, and at the same time, the chip spacing can be adjusted to increase the transfer and assembly efficiency. Peter Lemmens, general manager of Imec Taiwan, believes that applications such as headsets or smart glasses will be expected to benefit first from the development of Micro LED Screen technology.

Micro LEDs have miniaturized chips and huge transfer characteristics, and require different levels of wafer production and processing processes. Two major MOCVD manufacturers(led panel), AIXTRON and Veeco, have demonstrated the advantages of their devices in high-quality epitaxial silicon wafers with high wavelength uniformity and low defect density. AIXTRON does not give much to it. Its AIX G5+C and AIX 2800-G4 TM platforms offer MOCVD solutions and can achieve high-volume production targets. The GasFoilRotation® (GFR) Planetary Reactor® technology is a hybrid solution that combines single wafer rotation and batch reactor processing. Its satellite control uses GFR to achieve temperature control and flow regulation for a single wafer. Network cable is a common wire in our daily life, generally used network cable has five categories, super five categories, six categories, super six categories and seven categories of network cable. 5. CAT5: this type of cable increases the winding density and has a transmission bandwidth of 100MHz. It is used for voice transmission and data transmission with a maximum transmission rate of 100Mbps.

6. CAT5E: it has low attenuation and less crosstalk. Compared with five-class line, it increases the test requirements of near-end crosstalk power and noise.The maximum bandwidth of the superquintuple is 100MHz.

7. CAT6: the transmission bandwidth of this type of cable is 250MHz, and the comprehensive attenuation cross talk ratio (ps-acr) of the six types of cabling system at 200MHz should have a large amount of allowance, which provides twice as much bandwidth as that of the over five types.The transmission performance of the six types of cabling is much higher than that of the super five standards, which is most suitable for the application with a transmission rate of 1Gbps.One important difference between the six classes and the super five classes is that they improve the performance in crosstalk and return loss. For the new generation of full-duplex high-speed network applications, excellent return loss performance is extremely important.

8. CAT6E: super six line is an improved version of the six line, released in 2008, is also ANSI/ tia-568c.2 and ISO/IEC 11801 super six line /EA level standards specified in a twisted pair cable, mainly used in the million bit network.The transmission frequency is 500 MHz, and the maximum transmission speed can reach 10Gbps, which is greatly improved in external crosstalk and other aspects.

9.CAT7: this cable is a twisted-pair cable approved in 2002 in ISO/IEC 11801 class 7 /F standard, which is mainly used for the application and development of ten-gigabit Ethernet technology.But it is no longer a non-shielded twisted pair, but a shielded twisted pair, so it can transmit at least 600 MHz at a rate of 10 Gbps.

A light-emitting diode (LED) is a semiconductor solid-state light-emitting device, uses a solid semiconductor chip as a light-emitting material. When a forward voltage is applied to both ends, carriers in the semiconductor recombine to cause photon emission to generate light.


The material used in LEDs is essentially aluminum-gallium-arsenide (AlGaAs). In its original state, the atoms of this material are strongly bonded. Without free electrons, it is impossible to conduct electricity here.

By adding impurities (called doping), additional atoms are introduced, effectively interfering with the material balance.




We know that in order to shoot electronically from the lower orbit to a higher orbit, it is necessary to increase its energy level. Conversely, if electrons are dropped from a higher orbit to a lower orbit, it is logical to release energy during the process.

As we all know, the LED driverin the use process, more or less there will be some problems, but how should we deal with it If we found any defective

products within warranty?

Question: How should you do if you found any defective products within warranty?

Answer:

We give 7 years warranty for UL list non-dimmable & dimmable led driver. ,2-3 years warranty for ETL list led driver. If clients use properly, hardly any of feedback from our clients about the led drivers can not work or damaged during warranty time

If you have received feedback about defective led driver from your clients, pls. ask your engineer help us verify the things as following:

--What kind of led light they used ?? What specifications of this led light?? output power / output voltage / output current??

--Check the label and ensure the driver has the proper input voltage and wattage for the job. Pls. not install overload / overvoltage / overcurrent. That will great damage lifetime of led drivers.

--Do clients have correct connection? and if they use proper dimmer ?

--what is environment temperature when led driver working on?

Install only in dry or damp locations. Do not install in wet locations. /  Install in a well-ventilated area free from explosive gases and vapors.

--How long does the led drivers working everyday? Do not let the led drivers working 24/7(24hours and a week).

We do not make up for new replacement if we find damage cames from inappropriate use of clients, But if confirm that damage cames from dimmable led driver itself, pls collect and keep all defective drivers. For plastic case led driver, we will request you take down green terminal of input and output sides /  For aluminum  case led driver, we will request you cut input and output cable at both terminals , and then take pictures for us.

Sometimes, our engineer will request you return the defective drivers to us for test It all depends of course, we will pay the returning  shipping fee if we request you return the defective drivers

There have three situations for shipping cost if we agree to make up for new replacement, they are:

--If defective aluminum case led driver less than 5pcs, or defective plastic case led driver less than 10pcs. and you need it urgently, we can send it out via DHL in advance

--If defective numbers are large (aluminum case led driver more than 5pcs /  plastic case led driver more than 10pcs),  we hope that send replacement with you next order by air freight or by sea freight. We will calculate the shipping cost of our defective drivers from your air or sea freight

--If defective numbers are large (aluminum case led driver more than 5pcs /  plastic case led driver more than 10pcs),  and you still request us send via DHL.  I am afraid that the shipping cost should pay by your side.
